Dear All,

I am planning to book an apartment in MARG and have few clarirfications. It would be great if youy guys could shed some light to the below questions.

About MARG
1. Is Marg Properties a trusted builder? Does the promotor have business links or family relationship with any political personalities/parties? Since so many SCAMs are breaking out recently, it only seems wise to enquire about all these info.
So far with their intercation they seem to be legitimate since they accept only cheque. Online transfer or DD payments. No cash transaction is involved there by restricting black money business.
2. Have anybody booked a flat here with any other residential property of MARG before? If yes, are they sincere and commited with respect to ontime delivery in their ongoing projects & Are you satisfied with the overall project management and sales related aspects?
3. Lastly, Is MARG brindavan a promising investment? They are offering the flats at 2199/ per sqft. Is this a good price for a flat in ORAGADAM area?

About Oragadam
1. Primarily being an industrial belt, does it pose any threat to health in longer run in staying close to such factories? Does the environment law act in India prohibit residential projects in and around such factory belts? This project is around 8 kms from Oragadam.
2. Does the recent change of govt in TN impact the growth of sriperumbedur, Oragadam area in a negative way?

Marg is a good builder with some really great projects and few worst projects with no real blackmarks until now.

so u need to decide which one u r going for?

so compare the prices of temple green, arun excello (temple green 2749), tata crescent (2800), geocity (2000)

if it is for investment purpose i think plost are better than flats in Oragadam
