We came across a plot in Pandur village. The location is 7kms from guduvanchery and 11 kms from Thiruporur on the link road between OMR and gst. From Maraimalai nagar, its 4 kms. The project is hosted by "TamilNadu employees Housing and welfare trust". The location is next to Power grid. They are quoting a price of Rs.585- per sq ft. This looks higher, but we are only looking at a long time investment, probably 10 yrs.. In such case, is it advisable to go for it? Any suggestions or comments...
