We came across a plot in Pandur village. The location is 7kms from guduvanchery and 11 kms from Thiruporur on the link road between OMR and gst. From Maraimalai nagar, its 4 kms. The project is hosted by "TamilNadu employees Housing and welfare trust". The location is next to Power grid. They are quoting a price of Rs.585- per sq ft. This looks higher, but we are only looking at a long time investment, probably 10 yrs.. In such case, is it advisable to go for it? Any suggestions or comments...

    why cant you look for land at Perumattunallur, near Shriram Shankari, which is only 4 kms form GST and sqft ranges from 600 to 800
