  • Choosing Area for Settlement in Chennai

    Hello All,

I am planning to get settle down at south chennai by owing a house.

I am confused on selecting the area.

    My Expectations are

Least Polluted and Good Ground Water(no factories near by)

Least Land Pollution(like no solid wate managemnet near by)

Least Water Logging Problems while in rainy Season

    Good Neighbourhood Sociecty.

    Established Area.(Schools/Hospitals/Banks.. Ect)

Land Rate Per sq ft - 4000 to 4500

    Please pour your suggestions.

    TIA

        My suggestions would be,

If you guys are into IT or working near South Chennai, I would suggest places between Selaiyur and Mappedu. Tambaram - Velachery road had a tremendous growth and its around these areas, you can get good residential.

If you working in City, you can try West Chennai, areas like Vanagaram, Adayalampattu, Ayanambakkam and Athipet are very good for residential.
