    Can anyone please tell me if there is any risk in purchasing one part of approved land which is not Sub divided. Seller wanted to demolish the existing structure of 2400 sqft on the approved layout and sell as two parts 1200 sqft each without subdivision.

    Actual plot is 2400 sq.ft and it is DTCP approved, If I buy only 1200 sq.ft from the Seller what are the thigs I should take care of?

    Can i Register the 1200 sq.ft before sub division and is there any issues in applying for Sub division later after registration.
