I would like to buy flat in pammal, shankar nagar.
Build Up Area: 1100 sq.ft UDS:600 sq.ft. 2BHK
Building was aged 11 years, it costs 35 Lakhs.

This will be my first family property if I buy.
I was tangling to buy or not to buy the property.
The thing worsening me was the resale value of the property.

My queries are,
1. The pammal area does have good resale value for flats .
2. Is it possible to sell UDS alone after years ?

Please assist/guide me,
