Need the advice of Chennai based members regarding various properties in Chennai:
-What would be a reasonable estimate of the likely price of DLF property being developed in Sholinganallur when it is completed 3 years from now?
- And likely price of the Purva Windermere project in Pallikaranai after 3 years?
- And the Hiranandani project at Egattur?

Are there any other good properties worth considering in this area?

  • It all depends on the govt moves to direct the IT co's to OMR. if the IT moves to OMR for the SEZ tax benifits, the current rates with 10% + or -might hold. Else they would drop, atleast in short term.
