I have identified a property in Ram nagar south , madipakkam for 50 L.House is old..need to demolish ..land area is 2400 sqft..Is it advisable to buy for 50Lakhs in that low level area?..I came to know that madipakkam is going to come under velachery corporation and work is going on to drain rain water ..Is it true?..whether it will happen in near future?..Can any one from that area tell me whether the ground water can be used for bathing and washing....thanks in advance..

  • I am planning to purchase a flat in ram nagar south extn near kamakshi hospital. Ground water is very salty. How are people in areas of madipakkam managing water for use? I hear that RO plant becomes costly to maintain in later yrs and builder suggested using tanker/lorry water is better optio cost wise until metro water comes which may take 2-3yrs. is it so?

    My flat is at 6 main in 7th cross.Around 600 mtrs from velachery main road.

    I have booked a flat in kubera nagar 11th street - Sai Adbutha.... Waiting for possession by mar 2013.

    Only 2 problems in this area,

    1. water
    2. Roads

    Metro water pipes are already laid and corporation should bring it soon
    Roads also the same.

    if these 2 issues are resolved, this are will have tremendous hike in price in near future. 1 or other should both of these must come guys... So wait n watch .. definitely at present withour good roads & metro water its smwat uncomfort, but once they are completed, its very prime are...

    hope u re doing fine... Actually the builder is Palace Homes... in Internet there will be multiples & multiples of posts.. there may be true many may be false... I share my real experience....

    I booked a flat in kubera nagar 11th street, near kamakshi hospital, opp. to toyota showroom dead end left jus witin 1 kmn the site is located....

  • Actually the roads are not good that much as of now in this way. But its a 50-55 feet road, if roads are put well it will be superb .. now it takes 3 minutes in car to reach site from 10 feet road, if roads are put well, just 1 minute.

    U can ask me how can i use dis road by nights which s not well developed. ?
    The thing is i expect good road in dis path in future which will boom our site price.. But right now i use a path from madipakkam bazaar road which is just 1.2 kms from sarashwathi hospital, appolla pharma, reliance fresh... in tht u road u have grocery shops, iron shops, flour mill, beauty parlor, browsing centre and all other stuffs with good street lights and better road wen compared to this...
