    1. OMR (CHENNAI TO MAMALLAPURAM - APPROX 60 KMS): Transportation only via Bus/ own vehicles / Share Autos.

    2. GST (CHENNAI TO CHENGALPUT- APPROX 60 KMS): Transportation via Bus/ own vehicles / Share Autos / EMU trains.

    3. NORTH CHENNAI ( CHENNAI TO GUMMIDIPONDI APPROX 50 KMS): Transportation via Bus/ own vehicles / Share Autos / EMU trains.

    4. NORTH WEST CHENNAI ( CHENNAI TO TIRUVALLUR APPROX 50 KMS):Transportation via Bus/ own vehicles / Share Autos/ EMU trains.

With the growing fuel costs one should really cautious about connectivity and reach to the center part of the city .From last few days almost all petrol pumps got dry and affected common man a lot. Some times these Trains also get struck up due to various reasons.. All i meant to say the areas you live should be well connected with more than one mode of transportation to make life easier. Share your thoughts !!

    Thanks !

Own Vehicles, Buses and Share Autos are available in all places. What matters most is Metro, MRTS, EMU and Mono Rail. Properties having these facilities will be hot cakes.
