Meeting Sankar and Sairam will only delay things. They are Marketing folks; they will use sweet words...it is your money at stake, not theirs... they will realize only if RV does not pay their salary for 6 months...
I would just suggest you to file a consumer court / civil case within a deadline of 3 years from the first payment date, else you cannot even file cases.

Is it so? Honestly agree, If not withdraw your #post 708 blabbering "ROUTINE" and "NOT ALARMING". No indirect reply, hijacking the point, no diversion, just do either one honestly, if you are.

They had promised a hand over in 2015, but they started construction only a few months back after getting approvals etc. Moreover, on demanding a refund they don't facilitate, and don't give a clear answer. They speak sweetly at the start but after that they don't speak at all.

That's the same case with me too. Booked in Nov 2012 thinking that the handover is in Dec 2015.. 1 of the Biggest regrets..
1 of the worst developers in refunding the money back.. they say Rs 25000 cancellation charges in the Booking form and in the court reply petition they lie mentioning Rs 200000 as Cancellation charges (that too, informed verbally)
Tough time but will have to fight it out...
Wonder what construction / amenities they put on paper and what they deliver.
