Please provide your opinions.

I need advice whether to invest in 1/2 ground at Marvel County, very close to BLB Ananda Nilayam

(or)

1 ground at Sri Gajalakshmi Nagar layout (opposite to Royal Court Avenue) which is closer to TMG College.


Both the plots cost around the same. The only difference is that Marvel County already has good roads and lot of houses / apartments are coming up nearby. I would be able to buy only 1200 sqft at Rs 2000/sq ft

Whereas at Gajalakshmi Nagar, roads have not yet developed and with very few houses present. But I would get 1 ground Rs 1200/- per sq ft


I plan to build a house for my own purpose in 3-5 yrs from now.

Please advice.

    I am planning to buy in sri gajalakshmi nagar, ( DTCP APPROVED )manimangalam 2400 sq.ft 2300 per sq.ft.Also available in MARVEL COUNTY ( CMDA APPROVED ) 2200 PER SQ.FT which one is better ? can any body guide me the + and -
