I have booked a flat of 1060 sq. feet (built up area 903 sq feet + common area 160 sq. feet ), at kamaraj nagar, perungudi, chennai.

Its behind lifeline hospital and about 2 km off OMR road. Nearby there are green acre apartments and lakeview apartments and looks to be a good residential area, though its 2KM away from OMR.

Its a 2BHK and a resale flat 6 months old and there would be additional registration cost, the cost of the flat 36.3 L including registration cost.
the flat is with chittoor granite flooring (slightly better than marbonite) and has full wood work in bedrooms, hall, kitchen etc (should cost 2.5 to 3 lakhs for the wood work if done separately).

I thought this location is closer to the city and the house layout and finishing looks good. Am not sure if the price agreed is Ok for this area, though I have seen few houses in this locality going for 32-35 L without even wood works. Can some1 give more insight on this pls ?
