I would like to buy a flat in Tambaram sanatorium(East tambram side) and sanatorium Railway station is 10 mins walkable distance

They are small builder with 6 to 7 flats. They are quoting 5500 PSF.

Please advise whether it is worth to buy ?

  • Are you referring to Chitlapakkam area? If yes, the price starts from 4500 onwards. Share the details on UDS, other expenses and facilities provided by the builder. The price depends on these factors

    Yes, its close to chitlapakkam lake, but the address is Tambaram sanatorium. Kasiappar street

    The one I am looking is 5 mins walk from suhasini... Next to 2 streets...
