I'm in the process of buying an old individual house built on 1 ground plot.

1. Do I need to register both sale deed and sale agreement?.
2. Bank says that they will provide loan (80%) based on the sale agreement value. If I need to register sale agreement, does the sale deed value and sale agreement value match? If yes, then this will force the buyer to register the sale deed at market value and seller would not agree to this? Any suggestions.

  • Hi friend -- bank will not give 80 percent of ur sale agreement either they will give 80 percent of the guideline value or the amount u r going to register that property -- valuator will valuate the property and then they will sanction ur loan amount
