I have booked a 2 BHK flat in Foyer Kilkattalai. Has anyone booked in this project and got home loan from SBI / LIC? I am looking for contacts who have booked in this project.

        Hi Kmullai,

Congratulations on your booking. I have two questions.

        1) Did you check the water quality in this area?
        2) Is the builder friendly enough to accommodate the changes suggested by you? Is he keeping up the promise so far?

Pls check the water. I think water scarcity is prevalent in that place. Pls check twice.

The school which is nearby used to consume water from this land. Water scarcity might be there only during summer time.

Check water quality, a year back i saw builder floor apartment near this area (not sure how far), droped because of salty water - told by the builder himself.

                1 Bore for 36 Apartments

Last week I visited the apartment. There is one bore of depth 250 ft for all 36 houses. The water is OK. Not sure whether the builder will dig another bore. The maintenance of Rs.3/sqft seems to be too high. Experts your comments please.

Maintenance fee 3 for 36 plus GCs looks higher only. Do they have water treatment plants? I think even in OMR big projects maintenance is 3 only, where huge amenities and water treatment facilities are there.

There is no Water treatment Plant. 24 hour security, common and private gardens in first floor, small association room are the only amenities. Vijayashanthi brand name is the only selling point.
