  • GV up to 0-20% below Market Value will keep the speculators at bay. Hope they do this revision selectively and to places where it is most needed. There are several areas which are at 50-60% below MV, which are super-hot today. This will cool down the speculation fervor.

  • It is essential to increase the guideline value in line with the market prices. Huge difference in guide line value and the market value encourages black money to be parked in real estate. I wish the government increases/ decreases the GV in line with the market trend.

    I heared recent transaction near Camp road was set to follow for following registration.
