In our HUDA Tentative Layout each plot is maximum 300 sq yards. Most of the residents constructed independent houses within 300 sqyards only under GHMC limits. One builder went into agreement with the three plot owners say 51,52 and 53 with three different owners names and three independent sale deeds. The owners of three plots say 51,52 and 53 also obtained LRS for each plot independently and they have obtained permission for building a big Apartment.

Now without constructing three independent apartments in each plot, the builder Amalgamated three plots into one without setbacks between each plot and constructed single big Apartment . Is it legal or illegal ? Please clarify.
