Has anything booked flat in Team Taurus Kabya at Reckjuani, rajarhat?
Firstly the project is not approved by any nationalized bank, they are processing approval from HDFC, IDBI,DHFL etc.
Secondly , conversion certificates have not been obtained till now (they have only applied for conversion).
I am in doubt whether I should continue with the agreement and want to know your thoughts about it , whether or not u have booked there. Plz help.

  • Dear Mr. LawyerTT , if the statements are baseless, why you and your higher authorities shy away from facing the customers whenever a meeting regarding possession time is requested.

    Our patience and co-operation with you regarding flat delivery so far has been tested innumerabe times.

  • Absoulety NO for this project. It will take ages for them to finish. One of my clients has being a investor with Team Taurus and till date for one of their project for the past 7 years its still not being delivered. Check for their WBHIRA status before you buy.
