PS Group has this upcoming project "QUBE" beside City Centre II on Newtown expressway. G+14 Premium building on Pre-launch with offices from 500 sq ft @Rs 4800/- per sq. ft.

1. Please provide opinions as I am interested in investing in it for resale.
2. Would leasing a shop or office space is feasible in projects like this?

    Seems most of Us here are on "Residential" Bus !?
    But on an inquisitive Note, is Residential a Safer/more Lucrative Bet compared to Commercial/Retail/Office investment in Kolkata RE ??
    Other than Resale/Lease what are the other Options in such Investments ??
    What Appreciation can one Expect in 3-4 years from Now ??
    Isn't a better Location compared to Ecospace/Infospace in AA3 ??
    Wondering what current rental rates are for 1000 sq ft of 3rd floor Office space in AA2 Newtown Rajarhat ??
    Is "Lease Guarantee" from the Builder Unheard of in Kolkata ??
