I am planning to sale my 3 BHK 1200 sq ft flat in Rajarhaat locality near to City Centre 2 in an apartment complex with swimming pool, gym etc.
How much price I can expect for this??

    Hi for calculating market value, do I need to consider value separately for Flat and Parking and then add them? Or considering value of flat is sufficient if parking comes along with the flat?

    usually parking price is shown separately .. value of flat and parking should be separate in my view.
