Hi All

I was thinking of purchasing a 3 bhk in the Uniworld City for staying. However, a new rule by the Unitech management has completely left me flummoxed. As per the new rule, which has been effective from 1st of December 2014, anybody who purchases a resale 3bhk flat through allotment transfer in the Uniworld city, he has to purchase a second car park.

Isn't that illegal? How can you force sale a second car park. This would dry up the resale market as neither the seller nor the buyer benefits from this (unless the buyer absolutely needs the second car park). It seems like a new way of extorting money. Any opinion/knowledge on the same?

  • It can not be legal. They are charging transfer fee as per the agreement, they can not change that to the resale buyer

    take their mail or agreement copy if they have anything like that.. and publish it everywhere...the wrong they are doing...put it in facebook....put in twitter....put in modi's twitter page....everywhere possible...mail it on any real estate site...mail it to timesof india, et, telegraphindia..spread these wherever possible......make them cry :bab (58):
