Amendment of Wrong registry land paper

Hi all,

I had purchased a land in bihar and land deed shows 67×32 when we did actual measurement of land then we found actual land is only 65×26 i approached broker by whom we bought the land he told he will return some amount as a mistake money , but please let me know how the land paper can be corrected with actual land size.
