  • November construction updates have been uploaded at Surbhi's website... good going!

Also, they are offering 50K discount for online bookings (as per the website). I guess it is a good entry point for those who still interested in this project.

  • Dear All
I am planning to invest in Ashiana Surbhi project. This would be by providing self funding of 25-30% & getting bank loan on CLP basis. This would mean that if in next 3 years I would pay approx 4-5 lacs as bank instalment. Hence my cost would be approx 30 lacs ( 25 lacs property+ 5 lacs finance cost). Could you please advise if this project is worth from investment standpoint. I have a long term horizon of 7-10 yrs. Is this location good. I saw it on map & seems at the back. Kindly advise...

my pov, with 7-10yrs horizon this would be a very positive investment owing to Ashiana brand and maintenance services.

  • You can join the Facebook Group for Ashiana Surbhi residents:
    Ashiana Surbhi Resident Welfare Association
I think similar group is there for all Ashiana societies. However it wont be the same thing as IREF, as IREF is specialised website and an RWA group on FB is more to do with regular issues.

  • Hello friends, this is my first post here. I want to know whether Ashiana Surbhi is aimed at LIG customers or is it a regular Ashiana project. The points being that in AT a 2BHK is 956 sft and in A. Surbhi a 3BHK is 902 sft! Also the specifications say that in Surbhi the door Chaukhats will be of Folded Steel Section, which is very down market.....decent houses have wooden Chaukhats IMHO. Also the project appears to be very dense with 500 odd units in just 5 Acres. Maybe the senior members can enlighten on this.

Yes Ashiana Surbhi is one of the cheapest Ashiana projects in Bhiwadi area and thus creates all the more interest. However that doesnt mean it will be "Cheap" in terms of standard. As far as chaukhats are concerned, I think all Ashiana projects use this only instead of wooden. Project is dense and thus one of the reasons for lower cost. However the next option of Ashiana property with 2 bedroom maybe almost 50% more cost than Surbhi so its upto the individual to chose over price or spaciousness.
