    What is the rate of land in good sectors of chandigarh? Are they comparable with Delhi, NOIDA, gurgaon?

      Chandigarh land rates are vary sector to sector. A 1000 sqft flat rate can be rs.1.10 crores in one sector whereas the rate will 20% down in another sector for the same property.

          Can you please give a area in chandigarh

          A 250 Sqyrds plot in Sec 15 will be 4.50 cr+
          but the same plot in sec 21 or 40 37 38 will be 3 max

            Fairly accurate, although it also depends on the size of the kothi for ex a 1000 sq yard (2kanal) kothi in sec 8-10-11-15-18-16 may cost you >16 to 18 cr built up, while smaller sizes are costlier in rs per sq yard by a large amount. The real reason for these prices I believe is the exceptional living standards in these areas and the limited supply. The latter being one reason why peripheral areas such as mullanpur which is a few mins from sec 15 has become such a hotbed for investors n punters considering the huge differential in ther prices (almost 6 to 7 times)

              U r right. That's why mullanpur after 5-6 yrs will give returns coz:
              1 . Four lane road will reduce chd- mullanpur distance to 5 min drive
              2. Tata cancer hospital will be operational brining people from all over region and also doctors there may want to invest for long term stay.
              3. Dlf and omaxe wld have given possession off floors and I expect 300-600 family to move in to live.
              4. By that time, investors wld have paid 100 % payment and pressure for selling won't be there
              5. Diff in chd price n mullanpur will make people invest in mullanpur as they will see things on ground
