Hi All

In today's TOI, HUDA has offered plots in Sec 14 (part II) and Sec 33 (part I)..How are they from investment point of view ? Can they be sold at a good premium ..Any idea how much premium for 6 or 4 marla plots ?

  • you can apply only one category in one sector. So, you can apply for 2 plots....one in sector-14 and other in sector-33

It is written: 'An individual shall be eligible to make only one application in this scheme.'.

You sure we can apply for 2 plots- one in each sector.

  • HUDA is offering 4 marla and 6 marla plots at Rs 15,607 sq yard.

Both are new sectors and will be developed like a gated township like in Gurgaon

  • Guys do proper research before applying. Is all information given in brochure like how many years we will get for construction before penalty starts?

  • Hi Guys,

I am looking to apply for Huda Plots first time.
Hence, would like to know about few things:

How many plot can be applied by any individual here? Is it depends on the sectors or on per scheme basis?
If husband is applying for a plot then does his wife apply for the same?

Would appreciate if anyone would like to give other important information.

    Regards,
    Deepak

I am a novice in this. Could you please explain the difference in prices here

70,000 per sqyd for 4 Marla while 400,000 psqyd for 1 Kanal. Why is there so much difference between 4 Marla and 1 Kanal.

    1) I can only afford 4 marla if allotted. Just confused why there is so much difference between 4 marla and 1 kanal??

    2) I have heard the installment scheme will carry an interest rate of 15%- Isnt that too high?

1). Also how does the installment scheme works in HUDA?

    2) When will be the draw held, and if not allotted, when will the money be refunded?
