I am planning to buy a plot in Millennium Corridor Opp Tcs Infosys Indore Super Corridor.

rate is ~1200 sq ft.

would like to know if it is legally approved by govt and rate is as per current market rate..

    Millennium corridor is good project and rate is OK if you are getting PLC plot...
    Super Corridor will take another 3-4 years to develop and only after that people will start moving to this area.
    So I would suggest to try other projects which are little close to main road e.g. Sakar and Singapore corridor, you may get plot in same rate.
    If it is investment then don't look for big plots, instead go for small plot 1000/1250 sqft.
    May be buying 1000 sqft in two projects will be good to balance out growth prospect and you can easily resell when you want.
