Greetings all,

I am a NCR resident and have started searching for end-use opportunities in Jaipur area as one of my relatives is planning to move there for good. I will be traveling there soon in this regard and was wondering which areas I should cover in my trip.

Their budget is in the ball-range of 60L (AI). Their preference is a villa but I am not sure if such options are available in Jaipur at the quoted price (certainly nowhere in NCR). If there are good apartments, I would like to show them too.

Since it is for end-use, they would like to move in the next 4-6 months so would be looking for an area where several other families are already residing and security is NOT an issue. Proximity to basic amenities will also be appreciated.

Are there any other with possession given and people residing in the target budget? Please advise all.

  • I have done some research (mostly online) and found the following projects but I am unsure of their locations (and proximity to facilities, hospitals, schools etc.). I am posting my research here in case it helps somebody else in the same situation as us:

    Mangalam - Aangan
    Mangalam - Ashiana
    Mangalam - Arpan
    Eldeco Eden Park
    Omaxe Villas (Phase 1)
    Emaar Villas (not sure if construction has even started yet)

    I'm sure there are others but the above ones I have been able to find.

    Great to see a thread for end use purpose. I am in a similar situation please update your thread after site visit. All the options listed are good (based again on Internet research).

    I would like to add Ansal sushant city to the list. It is less than 60L but seem like a good project. It also has a good school. Have a look and provide your feedback.

  • Mangalam Arpan & Mangalam Ashiana are better than other mentioned.

    Reasons:
    Mangalam Arpan is located on Muhana Mandi road (so road connected), and is near to Mansarovar. It is about 14 Kms. from Jaipur main Railway station and also near to Jaipur Airport. The area will become great once Jaipur Ring Road & Prithviraj nagar roads are implemented by JDA. However Mangalam Arpan is almost sold out project and is on the verge of completion (Phase -I already completed & handed over in which families already residing).

    Mangalam Ashiana is on Kalwar road again is almost sold out & completed project. It is far distant from airport but have some proximity to Vaishali nagar of Jaipur. Again it is about 15 Kms. from Railway station.

    All other projects either Omaxe City, Vatika City, MGF Emmar city, Mangalam Aangan are far off from existing Jaipur city, they will take time to be habitable (although they are well developed from inside) but outside development by JDA/Govt. Authorities will take time.

    In Jaipur for living & investing keep in mind connectivity & proximity to city centers (down town) areas like Vaishalinagar, C-Scheme, Durgapura, Sanganer, Mansarovar etc. first.

    Once Jaipur Ring Road (sourthern part) & Prithvirajnagar roads by JDA will be completed, it will help Mahindra SEZ, Jagatpura, Mansarovar Extension areas to develop further.
