    Yes, it is JDA approved and loanable
    Near about 8 months will take for the possession.

    Hi Rajeev, I found this investment very attractive and reasonable. UDB is the Brand name in Rajasthan. Its good that UDB is coming up with low budget projects. May i know what is total Area of this Township?

    It comes under 11A zone and approval is under process. But as soon it got approved we will definitely inform you.

    thank you so much for showing interest in our project.
    the discussed project are in range of JDA Zone-11.. Project are already approved by JDA . & Master Plan copy yet to receive.
    in fact we launched this project in dec 2013 & same time the code of conduct had been applied..so we can show jda approvals copy but master plan copy ( already approved) yet to receive.
    the loan approvals are in under process with HDFC Bank & Tata Finanace.
    allotments are possible to dispose till July 2014.

    further informations will be shared timely.
