- TDI Greens project in sector 16 has been stopped this is the project which is taking down TDI's name else TDI is a hit.
TDI tuscan city is a great very unique concept.
#- ELdeco very small and easily maintainable project and looks beautiful (builder is good and much better than others ,good in terms of completion on time ,
#-Omaxe is becoming better ( a good builder in NCR but a bad one in this region)
#- parsvnath : it was a good builder but very greedy utilises the money of investors into buying land somewhere else (mahachor builder).
Mapsko builder : very new and small (not much experienced). Nothing i have heard about it. Better avoid this.
#-indiabulls - very good builder in mumbai , (but very very bad in whole NCR).
#-tulip - a small project ready possesion ( good quality and specifications).
#- ansal -good project around 300acres . Ready to move , but it is a bit pricey. Even ansal holds one of the best location as its just next to education city and KMP entry point and proposed RRTS station .
Jindal- second largest project in terms of land bank. But biggest low rise project in whole NCR comprising of villas and cottages and floors and a unique feature of taxi stand within it. Located on sonepat ring road (65mt).
1.5 km from railway station . But builders first project in initial stage . At present investor can just see there university which they claim and i also have heard was constructed with in 1.5 yearsCommentQuote0Flag
- KMP expressway: A much awaited project: Why??
Haryana government is eyeing completion of KMP expressway as most of the upcoming projects are revolving around it. Theme cities such as cyber city, leather city, entertainment city, port city, fashion city etc have been proposed along KMP expressway. Also, an orbital corridor has been proposed for fast access to these cities. Maximum speed limit allowed on KMP expressway will be 120kms/ hour, which means that distant towns will be covered in much less timeframe.
- RRTS, Delhi-Panipat
Subject to final approval from Delhi government, RRTS monorail will connect Kashmere Gate to Panipat in 40 minutes. Distance from Delhi to Kundli will be covered in 20 minutes. Monorail will ply at speed of 160kms/ hour, hence making journey short and comfortable.
