UP Plot without 143 is legal for residential puropse if plot size3200 sqft

    Hi Every one,

    I'm from U.P. & I'm planning to purchase a plot for residential prupose (approx 2500 sqft ) in Lucknow near Alambagh.

    About properyt, Colonizer told me that property originally belongs to a General candidate so so he will do land mutation (dakhil-khariz) and registry but 143 will not be done becasue it belongs to General catagory candidate so 143 not required.

    Also land size is less than 3200 sqft so 143 (conversion of land from agriculture to residential) is not required, we have to just sumbit the stamp duty equal to the residential land and it will be considered as a resodential land.

    Plese suggest me that in my case , with out 143 the propery mentiond above is legal for residential purpose. ?

    Should I purchase this property ?
