I am not sure how many of us have heard about an excellently located place called - Bahadurgarh, a rather sleepy town on NH-10, exactly on west delhi border. Now, the distance of this town from from CP, Delhi (heart of the city) is meagre 35 Kms which is less as compared to Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. Despite having everthing it has not grown. All big groups have bought land there but are shying awy from developing it except Omaxe which is proceeding with a slow pace.
The whole case can be a classic case study that despite having everything it has remained a sleepy town for so long.

  • The Leather Park is coming up in Bahadurgarh. Let us hope that it would bring some improvement in property prices.

    The reason behind the stagnation of Bahadurgarh could be slow movement at Faridabad.

    What are the future prospects?

    Metro is coming soon..hopefully in the next 3 to 4 months? Can I expect a price hike if I buy the plot now ?
