NBCC has come up with flats in Khekra.

Can you please guide, what are the growth prospects in this area?
What is development around the area?

The price is arounf 22 lakhs for 1100 sqft 3BHK.

Is the price good to buy?
What are the rental rates in this area?

    NBCC Khekhra has come up with this project at a very reasonalble cost keeping in mind the pocket of common people. The prospects are really good.
    11 lacs for 2 bhk
    18 lacs for 3 bhk
    really worth having a property there, and rates are already started rising there.
    Reason to invest:
    - Very economical
    - Near Tronica City which is an upcoming industrial town
    - aprx 20 km from ISBT Kashmirigate
    - On Highway (4 lanes under construction)

    You have taken a good dicision by buying it my dear friend. Keep it with you and dont sell it very soon. it will give you good return.

  • i want to know who are these intelligent guys who investing in so far places like khekra knowing that daily commuting to delhi noida GR.noida not possible from such place
    so all this for sake of spending vaction in khekra.

    I am waiting for the allotment letter from NBCC.
    The project is approved from SBI and I had visited the bank once just to enquire and they are more than welcome to offer loan for project.

    I have not contacted any dealers yet.
    But I got a call from Mahavir Hanuman Group once that if i want to give up my allotment.
    In the 1st conversation they were giving 60000.

    I dont know much about property trends but seeing the prices and its distance from Delhi. It looks to be a gud investment.

    Also if u see the UPAVP scheme on this road .They are selling 900 sqft house for 21 Lakh.

    So considering that NBCC is giving 1100 sqft for 2050000

    I am attaching a file for ur reference.
