HUDA has announced new schemes for Karnal and Pinjore. The scheme for Karnal is for developed sectors 32/33. The secondary market rate appears to be between Rs 25,000 - 30,000 sq yard while the scheme price is around Rs 14 - 15 K. Couldn't find much secondary market details for the Pinjore Scheme. Just wanted your help on the potential of these two schemes. Is the Pinjore project over-priced?

  • I just now called the HUDA helpline.

    They have no information available as of now.

    They say draw will be done withing 6 months of closure of scheme.

    HUDsa has come up with Sector 33 right now. When they will come up with sector 31 and 32 ? Also where this sectore are located? Also is not sector 33 is more prone to flood if it happens ever?

  • HUDA's trend so far:
    If everything normal (no litigations as happened in rohtak) : applicant list 2-3 weeks before completing 6 months from closing date. draw : in last week of 6 months. refund : just on the verge of completion of 6 months.

    If delay - nobody will tell you what is happening. a lot of insider information ( alleged) will keep floating on forums ( check HUDA Rohtak thread ) and all the people will keep cursing huda for amassing huge interest. helpline will have no idea, huda office will have no idea. one fine day applicant list will be uploaded, then a few days later draw conducted and like always, refund of people like me will arrive by post. for a few days, we keep cursing HUDA and then we train our guns again as soon as new scheme page in HUDA's website has any new scheme.
