I am planning to buy DC converted land in Mysore which in Metagalli - KRS Road(less than 1km from JK Tyre Plant Mysore and 9 KM from Mysore City Bus stand), but actually this site comes under Srirangapatna Panchayath. Present owner showed all the documents which state that land lord can build house and its Clearly stating its not a revenue site, same i discussed at panchayath office and officers told there is no problem in buying this property.
Owner is First Party buying from Agricultral land to No agricultural and then converted to DC.Also conversion done 30 years back.
Since we are not in a position to buy MUDA site so im planning to buy this one by taking risk and thinking futur mysore city growth.
Kindly some please suggest me the opinion to take my right decision.
