I heard of Subramanya layout in Mysore 2 weeks ago. Visited the site a week ago. Seems promising. The builders have already developed Prakruthi and Kaveri layouts adjoining the given project. The price which the marketing guy told me is 600/sqft. The promise of the prices reaching 1200/sft is enticing as well, since the adjoining dattagalli has land selling at 2000-4000/sft already. It all seemed good till I called to book an appointment so that we can discuss with concerned management and have a look at the papers. The guy gave every excuse in order to ensure we do not visit. Does any body have any idea about the builder or the plot?
Also, is investing in Mysore better idea than investing in Bangalore or not?
