I want to know that whether the following thing are essentials in sales deed of a flat -
1. complete information about developer like his registration, registration no., PAN, registered contact no., because some developers deny to give their complete legal identity in sales deed.
2.what should be maximum period of completion be depicted in sales deed
3. if developer is offering subvention scheme for a flat, whether it is mentioned in sales deed or some where else like tri-party agreement with developer, buyer and bankers.
