I am interested in investing in residential property in Rohtak. Kindly let me know about the new schemes. Royalm,you seem to have indepth knowledge about this area, would request you to share some information here.

  • Maruti is just going to open a small R&D center in rohtak (approx empployees 600)

    The production will remain in Gurgaon and if possible then mansar but probably not in rtk cause that will lead the overhead on company cause of the supplier situated in gurgaon.

    So please do not expect a miracle cause of maruti coming to rtk.

    Builder Name - JOP International (This is a new builder)

    Units - 2BHK Apartments
    3BHK Floors (G+4)

    New Bookings are already done. Now there will be a small premium. It is adjacent to OMAXE SITE.

  • Can any of you guys let me know the contct infor of owner/dealer/broker who is selling omaxe city rohtak independent floors...i am intested in buying ground floor of any size unit

    Hi Ashman,

    You can visit the OMAXE Site in Rohtak and there are offices of the Brokers on the enterance of the OMAXE.

    Pls check with them.

  • I have already contacted them...they are all jerks....they dont have any good units ....infact what i understnd whatever good units come they take it themselfs and tell all crap to people like me and that too at inflated prices...i have tried searching net but seems like there are no postings from individual sellers....talked to a few dealers they talk all nonsense .......thanks guys

    1) Is Flats in place like rohtak worthi investment ?? Specially with Punjab Haryana kind of mentality ppl prefer to buy free leased land even if it is far off ??

    2) Builder is not reputed so getting a flat possession again is question ?

  • 1 ) Omaxe have launched the floors in rohtak (Around 1.5-2 yrs back) - ground + first + second. People do beleive in having own land but slowly the scenario is changing. The floors were in the range of 22-25 lakhs (Offer price by the builder) for 250 sq yards includes AC, wood work etc. and now quoting at a premium of 7-10.5 lakhs but still the demand in resale is more for ground floors because of the same mentality.

    2) Reputed builders are there

    1. Omaxe
    2. Parsvanath
    3. Sun City

    If any one is looking for options then look for Omaxe or Parsvanath

  • I am interested in buying 100 sq yard or 200 sq yard plot in Parsavnath Rohtak. Please help me what are the rates and how to buy a genuine and good deal. When we can expect the possession? I also heard there are blocks like A,B,C & D . Where to buy . Any information in this regard . Pls !

    Is the investment in JOP would be a good deal , I heard that there are 2 bhk flats starting from 25L approx. Can we trust the builder.

  • Connectivity to Parsvanath is good. There are many points from where you can reach to Parsvanath.
    1. From the Bye Pass starting from Kharawar Hanuman Mandir
    2. There is a road next to Tilyar which goes to Parsvanath City
    3. From Sonepat Road

    Don't know much about the blocks....

    JOP is not a reputed builder..better to stick with Omaxe or Parsvanath..

    You can look for a floor in Omaxe..which you will get b/w 35-40 lakhs (including premium)

    have heard there is a new project getting launched in rohtak.....m2m...10th story 2 , 3 ,4 bhk flats 2950 psf ..on delhi rohtak road.

    Can any of the senior guys answer my below questions

    1. Is the m2m a reputed builder .I have heard the name m3m in the gurgaon market....is this the same builder ?

    2. What is the future of high rise apartments in a place like rohtak....both is short term and in long term

    No, M2M is a different builder than M3M..Apparently this is the first project to be launched by M2M. Rate is correct but the dealer is getting a discount of app 6 percent,led so if you are investing then check on the discounts.
    Location is in front of HSIIDC and is on delhi road. The builder has done the marking as well.

    People in places like rohtak are mving from plots mentality to floors sooner they will might move to high rise as well. Having said that investing in floors (Especially Ground Floor) can give you very good returns at this point of time because people still go for ground floors. M2M is also having floors (3bhk). You can check the history of Omaxe floors in Omaxe City rtk and the premium variations....

    in m2m how much brokers will be willing to pass on to me out of the 6% they are getting......u seem to be quite aware of the things going around in rohtak
