    1/ Express City (left side of NH 1 while going from Delhi and on KMP)...not sure if smaller plots are available...need to scout the markets & brokers...very few available for Express as most inventories is held by lalas for their long term investments.

    2/ Jindal plots - good but beyond your current budget.

    3/ Farway sectors of TDI (K,L , etc.) - connectivity to be a problem for these. FNG (KMP cousin on this side wont see the light od the day for atkeadt next 10 yrs. in my opinion)

    Express City plots is my choice if I were to invest for your kind of budget & need.

      in my opinion express city is just a dumb project like parsvnath,
      the builder has done nothing in last 7-8 years ..!
      it acquired land in 1000 persqyd and sold it for 5-6,000
      have not developed floors or villas .. dont expect this project to be inhabitated before
      15 years from now .!!
