I need to know, if it is advisable to purchase a property for commercial purpose in Baroda, if yes, then what are the costings and location preferences there?:)

like:
new sama road, eme , akota, padra road, manjalpur, gotri road... these are few preferences.

    Recently i bought in Dreamsity, Baroda which is near Ajwa Nimeta garden on waghodiya circle. Its an investment opportunity where land never grows but population does.
