    [FONT=&quot]Vizag...the City of Destiny for Real Estate Investors ! This city proved once again as healthy market for property investment, after Telangana announcement

    In contrary to other major cities of Seemandhra, Visakhapatnam showed steady and reasonable market even after the announcement on July 30, 2013. Which shows it is really destiny for property investors, as Vizag is non-influencing market.

    Even after two months, the bifurcation declared, there is no any record of abnormal price hike by any developer in Vizag. Sales volume slightly increased which is natural after announcement, but no unnecessary buying or inquiries on Visakha properties

    Long term property investors and those who seek safe investment option and who aspire steady growth on properties based on some activity, definitely eye on Vizag.

    As on date, on any side of Vizag, the growth in property rates is based on some activity, but not due to artificial hike either by realtors or agents.

    In south vizag, because of APIIC SEZ and PCPIR, demand arose for residential houses after Gajuwaka upto Anakapalli. In West Vizag, after completion and smooth running BRTS bus route, due to quick transportation, middle and upper middle group purchased flats and sites near Pendurthi upto Kothavalasa. In North Vizag, because of significant IT activity and proposed proposed IT SEZs, tourism and film industry based activities, excellent growth recorded upto Bheemili both NH5 and along the beach road.

    Recent merger of Anakapalli and Bheemili with GVMC (greater visakhapatnam municipal corporation) will definitely boost the demand for housing sector in these two zones

    It proves that investment in Vizag property, is always safe, and which is desired by real investors from middle to top group including NRIs, MNCs, Corporates who are in search of a safe city for property investment and to launch their commercial activity in a City of Destiny like VIZAG

    Though Vizag has excellent infrastructure and being fit to be a capital city, here realestate activity is not spoilt with announcements like Telangana, which is not a good sign for investors seeking safe zone for property.

    SO TELANGANA CANNOT INFLUENCE VIZAG REALESTATE IN A NEGATIVE DIRECTION,..... if possible it can do VALUE ADDITION to the existing growth rate on property investment.

    To sum up, for those who want to cash short term benefits through artificial hikes in property rates, Vizag is not the right choice, as this city is meant for those who are seaching to the contrary i.e. if any there any city which deserves to be the city of destiny in all aspects, that is forever VIZAG only, for all and forever.

    Come here to invest for happiness and prosperity, as this City does not like greedy people.
