Hiranandani being on the interior side at GB road and Kalpataru being near to station.Hiranandani will cost 1 Cr for 2BHK and Kalpataru will cost 1 Cr for 3BHK.
This is End use flat but I will look at the appreciation in 3-4 years.

It appears that the prices fo rhodas by hiranandani, thane are up and now 9500rs /sq ft from8500rs /sq ft 6mnths ago - even in this so called downturn .

It appears that RE along GB rd is the next thing to watch out as there are promising developments ie flyovers and metro later. God knows what the prices are going to be .
hira estates i heard is certainly coming up with ultraluxury ones possibly at 14.000 persq ft. They have already started with a commercial project which is likely to be in line with Powai. the fact that it is over 20 mins away from thane station is slowly getting ignored due to better connectivity
- GB Road
Ghodbunder Road developed due to better connectivity to majority locations I mean Borivali, Mira Rd, vasai -Virar, Vashi, panvel, Pune , nashik, kalyan , Bhiwandi etc. If you have car ( currently every middle class has it , atleast hatchback ) majarity locations are within 1 hr drive besides Pune and Nashik.
With corporate builders like Hirandani, kalpataru , Lodha etc have majority land bank in this area main resources like 24 hr water supply etc are not issue.
