Hi....do any one have any idea about the project of oyester living foresta mira road......total distance from station is 4.6kms....located just behind st. Xavier's school kashigaon. The builder is not making sales agreement rite now. Plan of up to 7th floor is passes, but they have given it for revising up to 22nd floor. Current rate is 4950 PSF and 30 rs floor rise from 4rd floor onwards. All 1bhks are sold out as said by builder office. Except swimming pool all facilities are given such as gyms, podium parking and all. So my question is, is it ok to go for this project since the builder has completed many projects in the same region. Also the area currently has connectivity problem to mira road and Mumbai. Yes definitely if u can possibly travel vid ur vehicle den travelling is not a constraint. And also metro is proposed at kashimira but still u have to walk for 20-25 mins for taking metro. Otherwise thru auto to mira road station it not gonna take less than 80 rs in an auto. Connectivity to thane is good. .but u have to stand in buses to go to thane since all seats get packed at Bhayandar and mira road. So is it a thumbs up project. And also do anyone have idea about hiral shree or hiral samarth project by the same builders......I wanna ask abt it's construction quality and occupancy certificate is obtained or not.?

  • If the oyster living is from diviono group ,than dont go .They have started many SRA projects in dahisar malad west .The problem is that with this projects is that all projects have date of completion as 2020 .They do not have even Commencement certificate so dont get lured by their cheap cost.They will all talk bla bla vla like they will give interest if project doesnt strt within 3 yrs.Dont get lured by it and do not fall in trap.Try to look for readymade projects or project near completion.Who has seen 2020 ,u may invest after 2-3 yrs u may get to know that there is nothing as oyster living no divino grp
