    Lots of RTM 2 BHKs are officially advertised onmany property sites for 52-54 lacs (negotiable).. so one shall be able to get for 50 lacs.. any issue?

    Most of these "Officially advertised" posts on Property websites are dummy by Agents just to lure / honey trap Clients

    modus operandi by such Agents
    Post ads at unbelievable low prices
    Get call from Buyer
    Inform Buyer the one on ad is just sold off, "you missed big time and you were unfortunate to miss service of GREAT Property dealer till now but don't worry, Now I have got another Best Deal of course at much higher price.

    Post ads at unbelievable low prices
    Get call from Buyer
    Inform Buyer the one on ad is available but with some minor issues, which he will resolve for you and you need to make some upfront unofficial payment to book the deal at low price.
    Once you pay as above he is not traceable.

    It's not meant for jobs, good quality jobs (40k per month+)..it's meant for residential extended suburbs...
    If u need walk to work, stay at andheri/bkc/parel...otherwise travel 1hr one way like all common people...

      I just wanted to say why the builder didn't created any job ecosystem there like HIRANANDANI does in Thane or even panvel. Is the builder building just houses and not creating communities. At such a huge land parcel growth should have been inclusive. Had any large mnc created their office there, people would have flocked automatically. Lodha has been greedy by selling residential and no it sezs. Mumbai is loosing out jobs to other cities. Just residential
