    The building does not have occupation certificate .plus building is not registered for property tax. Home loan is possible thru private financiers such as lichfl and others...shud i go for the same...? What will be the problems in purchasing such second hand flats. The building is 3 years old. Builder has given possession plus society is registered one month back...or newly formed scoiety it is. What are the check points should i consider before purchasing. The electricity bill still is in the name of builder. The owner is saying u directly transfer in onto your name. So what is the required procedure. Do i need to pay the builder for the piece of NOC from him.? Plz help since i m confused.

    I have Invested 12 lacks in Kanjurmarg Savvhana. Please someone advise me how i can claim my refund. Can i get entire amount???? Because they have written in their agreement they will duduct 10% of total lump sum consideration if we claim refund which comes around 5-6 lacks.
