I have registered a sale Deed in Oct of 2013. Building has Occupancy certificate in place. After few months after registration we came to know that there was case filed against builder in court. Land was purchased from person A and sister of A claiming inheritance. Court gave stay on any 3rd party transactions to builder as of Aug of 2013. Now given than builder has done this registration regardless of stay of court where does validity of registration stands. Till now builder has been telling us that case will get resolved and everything will be fine. can you please help me understand where do I stand as a legal owner of flat.
