Mahindra Serenes is one of the most alluring project in Alibaug at the moment and is in high demand for its scenic location in Alibaug. The gated property has 3 & 4 BHK villas with green innovative features. The property has all the amenities including swimming pool, gym, spa, indoor games, yoga mediatation lawn etc. The location is too good with just 0.7 Km from the beach. I think it is totally a great option to go for it.

Junk investment, if you have surplus money to put nowhere else, then buy, no resale value...
