Can some one reflect on the pros and cons of the project.How will the RERA act effect,is the project worth consideration etc.Also are there other people who would be interested or who have invested already in the project.What is the booking status and other this to be considered. Pls help

  • It's under SRA scheme. And slums are still not vacant. So I feel they are way behind to start for RERA compliance! Under pre launch from last 2years or so they are selling apartments. They are Associated with Aditya Realtors as sole selling agents. And don't have there own inhouse team. So please check before investing.
  • I have invested in the project but still waiting for approval. Planning to withdraw as seems after RERA these has entirely stopped the sale.

  • Does anyone have any latest update on this project. I have stayed invested for about 3 years now.
