  • CREDAI - BANM 19th Property Exhibition: Will Properties find buyers?

The 19th edition of the CREDAI BANM exhibition is here and will be open from 7th to 10th December, 2018. As per news, around 80 developers, big and small, will be showcasing their properties in front of prospective buyers. Flats measuring between 300 s.q.f.t. to 10,000 s.q.f.t. will be showcased with flats starting from 15 lakhs.

So what do you guys think about it this time around? The last two exhibitions had flopped owing to the developments that had taken place during that time, like the demonitisation and RERA.

So will buyers actually buy this time around or simply window shop?

movedin you seem to follow it keenly, as you had started a thread for the previous exhibition too. Well, like you said, it was a somewhat flop show as many visitors had expressed. However, with the newfound trust of buyers and increased transparency in dealings, developers are anticipating a positive turnout this time around. Let's see, if it turns out to be better than last year.

Malvish you are right - I do like to visit the exhibition every year, if not for the offers then at least for the glam quotient and the fan fare It turns out to be a fair sort of things for the locals at least
