    I want to purchase a property in Mumbai which was bought by the seller in 1997, he was second buyer and I will be 3rd buyer. 2nd owner's documents are all clear but 1st buyer was investor so he had just paid stamp duty and not done registration of the property wit the builder.



    Now if i want to buy this property will there be issue. Can someone in future claim this flat. Is there any way out where it can be completely safe to enter in to the deal as 2nd buyer has done registration and stamp duty everything .



    He also have a Irrevocable POA from 1st buyer to 2nd buyer and also NOC from the builder that the property is not with 2nd buyer.



    Please suggest.
