    Shapoorji Pallonji Sienna is going to be a roadblock project as it is being constructed in a 54 acres land parcel and its a MHADA lease land of 30 years, as of now the road is narrow in future there will be totally traffic jam in this area.

    Also during the launch of Sienna project i had been there they have given sole selling to Anarock property consultants due to which the prices are high

    It is developed in JV by Shapoorji and Dilip Thacker whereas the record or Dilip Thacker is very bad in real estate market.

    In today's market they are charge a high price compared to other projects in the vicinity.

    They market a 560 carpet area with agreement value of 1.29 crore which is at the price of 23000+ on carpet at this price you will get ready possession flats.

    Recently they have launched a builder subvention at additional price 10% now 10% after 6 months 40% in 2 years and remaining 40% at the time of possession (As this scheme is for D wing for which the possession is in Dec 2024 as per RERA)

    Also as per RERA the total number of parking is 327 and total number of flats in d wing is 415.

    God knows what will be the status of this project after 10 years need to wait and see
