  • How much are Builders willing to negotiate these days?

Since RE is not doing that great and people don't want to risk buying an Under Construction property due to delays, OC issues, builder liquidity crunch.

Are builders willing to negotiate as much as 10% below their cost sheet for motivated buyers who are willing to buy on spot?

Or they are NOT budging at all and no negotiations or paltry discount like 2% or something?

I see that the All Inclusive prices are still ridiculously high even in thid slowing economy and lack of buyers and post DeMo era.

    Depends to Grade of developer...

A are still sticking to 3-5% discount

B are willing to go upto 15-20%, depending on how hard u negotiate

C category doesn't quote high anyways...

Best of my knowledge..not in any particular order...Rajesh, Tridhatu, Ekta, sheth, Puranik, Radius, Acme, Sumer, Naman and list goes on....

However, only bet on projects which are 60%+ complete, as they all face completion/sales risk, that's why the discount...

[/QUOTE]Puraniks has Rumrah Bali in Ghodbunder Road RTM.

Btw which are considered A category builder? Surely not Lodha, right?

Very limited like godrej, wadhwa, hiranandani, SP and Raheja...Lodha is bulk marketeer and offers competitive price, not premium pricing

THANK you ! This is a good start to negotiate hard with developers. 15-20% off the qouted BSP should be a decent deal

Some developers have been able to sell flats online during the recent crisis. So, how much are they open to negotiation? Any first hand experiences here?
